Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Shkodër County

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Ditmar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und sie ist schön groß. Man muss ein bisschen die Hitze gut vertragen können wenn man im August bucht, da die Temperaturen sehr hoch sind. Man kann umliegend alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und man ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Auch parken ist kein Problem im August. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort mit großem Obststand. Auch alle umliegenden Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ditmar war immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tips für Unternehmungen.

Our stay at nGen Villas in Razëm was absolutely incredible. The villa was beautifully designed, it was modern, bespoke, and in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, from the private pool to the fully equipped kitchen and stylish interiors. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the breathtaking views of the Albanian Alps—truly unforgettable. The setting was peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place is a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hatte eine gute Lage zum Nationalpark Theth. Einige hatten in den Kommentaren angemerkt, dass die Nachbarn im Garten laufen würden und Privatsphäre beim Baden im Pool aufgrund der Nähe zu den Nachbarhäusern fehlen würde. Hier wurde scheinbar nachgesteuert, da die Häuser und Gärten mit Sichtschutzzäunen begrenzt wurden. Man kann also sehr schön für sich bleiben. Wir hätten uns ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche für all unsere Dinge gewünscht, aber ansonsten hatte die Unterkunft alles notwendige, was benötigt ist. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit wirklich toller Aussicht auf die Berge!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The views were absolutely stunning, and there were so many beautiful spaces for our family to relax and enjoy together. Everything was spotless; the house was super clean and well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The host was wonderful, always kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We had a wonderful few days here! We really didn't end up exploring much outside of the house, because we felt like staying at the property was all we needed. I am sure there were nice restaurants nearby, but we ended up cooking all of our meals using the outdoor kitchen space, relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun, and hanging out next to a fire in the evening. Ardian was an incredible host and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Een week hier geweest met 6 personen. We genoten van de rust, ruimte en een onvoorstelbaar mooi uitzicht, die missen we nu al. Het is erg privé, dus je kan er 100% jezelf zijn. De communicatie was fantastisch. Altijd gelijk reactie en enorm behulpzaam. Ze doen er alles aan om het iedereen volledig naar de zin te maken. Instructies zijn duidelijk en compleet. Veel info over wat er allemaal te doen is. Vanaf de villa loop je in 6min naar beneden, waar verschillende restaurants zijn met goed, betaalbaar eten(€70 voor 6p). Ook een gezellige supermarkt van 2 broers die tevens onze taxichauffeurs waren tijdens onze vakantie. North taxi is niet te missen als je hier verblijft. Elke betaalbare rit maken zij er een feestje van en staan altijd gelijk voor je klaar met leuke ideeën om je vakantie compleet te maken. Shkodër is een gezellig stadje, op 20 min rijden. Albanie was de 1e keer, maar we komen zeker terug. Bedankt voor alles!

He was always willing to help. Excellently instructions to get to the airbnb unlike others where we stayed. Good location near the city centre for walks and shopping.

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr herzlicher Gastgeber!

The host was very friendly! And responsive and is ready to help with whatever issues you have! The place is exactly like in the pictures. I would definitely recommend to stay here! The views are extremely beautiful! The villa is fitted with all the essentials. We bought groceries and came since there’s nothing except a hotel nearby so make sure to get the essentials and come. Very homely stay. We had an issue with the heating not being able to be turned off but once that was sorted everything was perfect! The outdoor hot tub is a great touch and would highly recommend to use it. All in all a beautiful stay!

Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
