Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Complete rest and peace yet 5 minutes drive distanced from the old town of Šibenik, National parks Krka and Kornati and also within 2 hours drive National park Plitvice really gives you the reason to visit this region. Excellent Villa, spacious yard surounded with wall gives you privacy, pool (whirpool), and 100 meters down the street is Konoba (same owner) where you can taste delicious Dalmatian cuisine, or have a breakfast. A lot of beaches to explore within 10min drive.Noise and traffic free!

After a stressful year of work carried out within the four walls of the office and the town's apartment, the annual leave should be carried out in complete opposition to ordinary everyday life. This spacious, very nicely decorated and well-equipped luxury villa is an excellent opportunity for complete relaxation of the body and spirit in the circle of the closest. You are in quiet and rural area but only 6km far from the most beautiful town Split with great restaurants, monuments and beaches.
