Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This brand new villa is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. This is the perfect place to spend a nice holiday with your family and friends. We offer our guests free organic fruits and vegetables from our garden. We have a large playground for children on our property. If you are looking for a place where your children will play with peace of mind,and you will rest, then it is certainly Villa Elena. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday worries and problems. Birdwatching and clean nature is your surroundings.
