A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. It is only 24sq mtr total unit. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.

Our fully furnished studio apartment (48sqm) is on the Fourth Floor of a building located near the Silliman University campus, short walking distance from Port area and the famous Boulevard whilst Rollin' Pin coffee shop is on the ground floor.
