Immersed in the green area of the historic center, ONLY 2 minutes from PIAZZA DEL CAMPO, the tourist and entertainment heart of the city, but in a private, quiet position with a private garden, it seems to be in the countryside but you are inside the old city walls. To access it there are 2 electric gates, so security is maximum. One double plus sofa bed for 4 people. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. I provide sets of towels and towels. Free Wi-Fi.

Finely furnished, it is cozy, comfortable and romantic, ideal for a couple's experience. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults. It is located in the countryside but at the gates of the city of Siena, you can easily reach the historic center on foot in about 25-30 minutes. Outside it has a large square-garden. It is accessible and free of architectural barriers.
What guests are saying:“Very good The instructions in the room are clear. The owner responds quickly to your questions. It is a large house with a house, a guest, a toilet and a kitchen. The most considerate is preparing toys for my son. You can enjoy cooking your own local steak and brewing traditional Italian coffee. The oil and coffee powder served in the house is super invincible. Easy access to the supermarket for 5 minutes. There is also a pizza restaurant nearby with super delicious fried seafood squid and shrimp. The restaurant also introduced by the owner is not expensive and tastes good steak. The location is convenient for self-driving tours. It is 1 hour away from Florence, 1:15 minutes from the mall and 2 hours from natural hot spring saturnia. Although it’s a bit of an uphill walk from the train station (I would recommend a cab if you have a suitcase, I was sweating), it’s very close to all the main sights in Siena. The location is perfect with an amazing view from the dining room and pink and green rooms as other guests mentioned. I was in the orange room, so the bathroom was not entirely private, but I had no issues with this during my stay. The breakfast is such a nice amenity with fresh fruit and the croissants and espresso are great! Stefano and Piero are wonderful hosts, very friendly, great communication, and accommodated a late check-in and baggage storage. Piero helped answer my questions and gave me some tips on what to see and where to eat. You could not find a better value or place to stay to experience Siena! Highly highly recommend!”
