The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Perfect place for large families, friends with children A house of almost 500 m2 with 4 bathrooms can easily accommodate 4 families. It is located in the Łódź Voivodeship, near Sieradz. A large plot of land, a playground for children, a place for a bonfire and barbecue, peace and quiet. 700 m from the house there is a Próba reservoir with a guarded beach, the possibility of renting kayaks and water bikes during the holiday season. The area is rich in forests and bicycle routes.

The newly built cottage blends harmoniously into its woodland surroundings. The heat pump used provides efficient heating in winter and pleasant cooling in summer. The living room with a fireplace flows seamlessly into the kitchenette, while the terrace offers a view of the morning mist rising between the trees or the evening sounds of the forest. Overall, the impression is of a place created for peaceful relaxation – technologically modern yet deeply rooted in nature.

The cottage has been thoroughly modernized. Inside there is a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette. In the comfort of the living room there is a bedroom and a bathroom. You will not find luxuries here – simplicity and cleanliness are our mottos. In the kitchen you will be able to brew coffee, tea, make delicious scrambled eggs or a healthy dinner. We do not have a TV, and we provide Wi-Fi only upon express request after written justification...

We invite you to a place where time flows more slowly and the harmony of nature soothes the senses. Our house is surrounded by oaks that provide privacy. It is a space filled with peace, fresh air and greenery - perfect for relaxing. A large, fenced area allows you to enjoy freedom and proximity to nature. The entire house is exclusively for you - no one else will be staying in it. We also offer a place to light a fire with a grate - to be determined

"Ignacówka" - a cozy cottage in the countryside

🏡Ignacówka is a cozy cottage near the forest. We are in the Polish countryside, on the border of Wielkopolska and Łódź Voivodeship. The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests. beGLAMP - glamping by the forest and the Lagoon Trial

A large fenced plot with a glamping tent for guests' exclusive use is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and the reptile lagoon. On the plot, there is a hot tub, an atmospherically lit terrace with a large table, a fire pit area and a gazebo with hammocks. Tent fully equipped and heated/cooled. We can provide guests with paddleboards and kayaks on request. We accept shakes.

Welcome to a place that is located in the middle of the forest away from buildings and neighbors, in our 100-year-old wooden cottage located on a hectare plot, with a tiled stove in the kitchen and a so-called wood-burning goat in the room, with an unusual interior, reminiscent of a holiday at grandma's in the countryside, where time flows a little slower.

The house is surrounded by a wild garden.

We have half of the house with a separate entrance at our guests' disposal. Living room with separate kitchen and small toilet + 2 attic rooms with bathroom. Terrace and dining area in the garden. There is also a guest house in the garden, so the garden is at everyone's disposal. We invite you to visit and enjoy our fabulous space.
