Beautiful place with lots of amenities and things to do. We stayed at the Playhouse and it was charming. Loved the water supply. Be prepared for the bees while eating by the benches but we are in the middle of the forest so expected. John was friendly and funny. Worth a visit and would come back here camping!

Kathy & Craig’s place was adorable. We felt right at home. A fantastic private yard for our dog with beautiful trees and flowers. Very comfortable and they go above and beyond with thoughtful touches like yogurt, coffee, cookies, and wine. Happy New Year!

Wonderful stay at the cottage! Fit four adults well. Great location- walk to shops and restaurants. Aimee made sure to greet us and that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

What an incredible deal on a very cute cottage right in the heart of Oakland! Well, I had my reservations about the outdoor shower. It ended up being very comfortable and nice even in the rain. Aimee was always responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We loved it; will definitely be back!

This is my 2nd time staying at Tom's place and again it did not disappoint. You feel welcomed and right at home as soon as you enter the place. From a welcome letter, to snacks and a beautifully designed living/sleeping areas. I whole heartedly recommend staying with Tom if your in the area, you will not be dissappinted!

This little gem was the perfect redwood retreat during a business stay in the Bay Area. The tall trees, the skylight, and the cozy loft bed worked out beautifully. The hosts were super responsive to the questions I had, and I really liked a lot of the artwork in the place, it made it very welcoming. I felt right at home. :)

Very charming unit located just 10 minutes outside of both downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. There are several good restaurants and hikes in the area. The unit is modern yet comfortable and had everything we needed. I looked at every listing in the area months ahead and this was the most desirable with the best value. Clay was responsive and helpful with recommendations for our stay. We have marked this unit as a favorite for future weekend getaways. Thank you Clay!

Paradise Ranch truly lived up to its name! The location is breathtaking – right by the river, this time of year with picturesque snow-dusted hills creating a stunning backdrop. We were immediately impressed by the unique architecture of the homes; they were not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The ranch offered the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. We spent our days exploring the riverbank and waterfalls, and enjoying quiet moments reading and napping by the fire. The sauna and hot tub were a welcome treat, and we had fun challenging each other to ping pong and cornhole. Kenneth was an exceptional host, anticipating every need and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. We're already dreaming of a return trip with a group of friends when the weather warms up!

Victors place was great! Easy check in even when I arrived very late, private gate made everything feel secure. Pet friendly which was AMAZING. 10 minutes away from downtown, shopping centers and other restaurants. Will be re-booking when I’m down here again!

We were looking to stay one night in an affordable secluded wooded area with our two doggos and this is exactly what we had in mind. The place is rustic and cozy. It was pretty cold when we were there and the heater didn’t do too well combatting the cold and fluffier pillows would have made things more comfortable. The Main street is just a few minutes drive away and there’s a beautiful walking trail nearby which added to the experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! The tiny home was so cozy and relaxing we wished we could stay longer! We were a bit worried about the cold but with the heater and the space heaters the cold was not an issue. Karin was the perfect host!

Our two-day staycation at Erin’s cabin was absolutely perfect and everything described and shown is very accurate! You can tell she really cares about her guest’s experiences and all aspects of the accommodations have been considered with great care. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

Though a little pricey for what it is, the location is worth it! You can hike right from the tiny house to Muir Woods (save on parking & entrance fee). The house even had laminated maps of trails and a book on Mt. Tam. You are also so close to the Cataract Falls starting from Lauren Dell trail. This place has everything you need, heat and sound work well, but def has its quirks. Don’t expect to do heavy cooking. Also, could use a mirror. There is only one small one in the bathroom. John and his partner were great hosts. Their dog Huxley is cute but has a lot of energy if you’re not a dog person. Close to yummy food & coffee (John’s partner recommended Equator and it was amazing!) Communication was okay. Tried to coordinate leaving luggage behind for last hike after check out but didn’t work out. Would still stay again and hike even more around.

My partner and I loved our stay at George and Susie’s beautiful home and garden for our nostalgic trip back to Santa Cruz. Super comfy, safe and relaxing. Beautiful drive up to the space, one of the most memorable parts of our time there. Hoping to come back soon, thank you George and Susie!

Kevin And Linda are great hosts. the Ghana is a nice little retreat for those who don't mind being in the outdoors. cool outdoor kitchenette and shower. bedroom was able enough for a big guy like me. bathroom was fine and clean and Linda and Kevin had plenty of snacks, chocolates and ice cream on hand which was a nice touch. good coffee selections as well as coffee compliments. great little stay for oneor for two. hightky recommend it. Will definitely choose again for a weekend retreat or longer

We had a last minute trip planned and were lucky to have found this spot available. It was easy to find, very comfortable, pristine, and had all that we needed for a quick trip out of the city. Lorena gave incredibly clear instructions and was proactive with all communication. It was conveniently located near the llama farm where we went to spend the day petting llamas. We also found the property cat to be a gracious and welcoming ambassador. Thanks!

absolute gem of a find, and so affordably priced for all it offers! perfect for a couple that’s doing a sequoia trip or needing a nature getaway. if you’re single, even better! more space for you and lots of views + activities on the property & nearby. hosts were incredible as well, they share the riverside shoreline and are there for anything you might need - they were even kind enough to offer a spare hairbrush for my tangly mane because I forgot to pack one :) nothing but great things to say about the place!!

Cute little cabin, very clean and peaceful. Enjoyed staying here. Close to Sequoia National Park. Totem market across the street which is a plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
