The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg town centre. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the ground floor is approximately 115 m². This unit has two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a newly renovated bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

The house is beautifully situated on a hill in a garden with berry and rose bushes. From the house you have a beautiful view of Lake Östra Silen. This is the accommodation for those who want to live in the middle of nature with comfortable features. The house is under renovation which will be finished before check-in.
