Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Rural annexe in Kislingbury

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . This is a well-maintained studio annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a single bed. The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette including a washer dryer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The annexe has a smart TV & free Netflix. Less than 10 mins drive to Northampton town centre & the Motorway. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.
