Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Small and simple, but quite cozy apartment:) Stay here if you like the central location, walk down to the beach and spend the day there, enjoy an ice cream by the harbour, savour a wood-fired pizza and a glass of wine at Gårdens, and then stroll home in the summer evening. Or explore the entire coast, heading up towards Kivik and Haväng or down towards Baskemölla, Skillinge and Sandhammaren. There are armchairs to curl up in, Marshall speakers to enjoy music through, and your own Wi-Fi. And a double bed with comfortable pillows and duvets.

The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
