New clean, quite well maintained building w/Gym, Salon & Heated pool w/ bathrooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables & chairs both awesome to chill, watch the ocean and watch the sunset from! Private beach access. Playa Brujas most consistent surf breaks in Mazatlan! 4 km of cleanest quietest uncrowded Maz beach to walk along. Great restaurants outside gates, also 4km of well lit beautiful bike/walking trail!

Bienvenidos a este paraíso tropical frente al mar, Quintas del mar un condominio ideal para familias, amigos y amigas, nuestro condominio cuenta con hermosas vistas a la playa, alberca y jardines tropicales que puedes disfrutar desde la sala, cocina ,tres recamaras y balcones. Aquí podrás disfrutar de la alberca , áreas comunes, palapas, sillas y cómodos camastros en la playa y área de alberca hermosos atardeceres y amaneceres,si practicas tenis tenemos cancha y también un gimnasio.

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)

The condominium has ample space in all its areas, located right in front of the beach, on the pier (where the iconic carnival is held); Being located on the fifteenth level, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the beautiful sunsets that together with the 3 islands give us an unforgettable experience.
