House holiday rentals in Sinchang-myeon

I visited to celebrate my dad's welcome feast! I liked it because it was a very clean accommodation in a large space that could accommodate a large number of people. I liked it so much that other people asked me how I found a place like this. The host responded quickly, and it rained the same day, but he prepared the stove so that it wasn't cold at the barbecue and set everything up in advance according to the check-in time.There was plenty of parking, and it felt quiet and private, so I had a good time. It was a place I found while traveling with two families, and it was so clean and comfortable with all-white. I was also very satisfied with the outdoor barbecue and fire pit. This is a night view restaurant ~ ~ ^ ^

Could not have loved the place more. Super convenient, yet private. The host her is so lovely, she waited for us to show us around the place when we checked in, making an espresso for us and teaching us how to use the washing machine. She even agreed to see me once more so I could pick up a ring I had left behind

The green tree forest in the yard was so healing. I had a really good rest in a nice accommodation. ^ ^

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

I stayed at the property for a month, two weeks of it with my mother as we traveled together. The view of the apartment is beautiful at night and the location is magnificent. It's super easy to get anywhere in Seoul thanks to good bus and train connection. There is also everything you need for everyday life in the vicinity. The apartment is cute and the bed is big and comfortable. You really have everything you need. The apartment is absolutely perfect for one person. For two people, the storage space may get a little tight for long stays for clothes, but it is still doable. All in all we had a wonderful stay

I needed a place to stay because I had a few days in Seoul, but I found this place while looking for a cleaner and more comfortable place than a hotel. Usually, the majority of the Internet photos are different from the real thing, but the interior here is clean and well done, and there are plenty of household supplies, so I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable stay like my own home. I'll use it again next time I come to Seoul.

The host and place is amazing. The only downside is the location, which is a hike to get to and I even had taxi drivers more than once deny me a ride because of how steep it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the subway and nearest food. Everything else is amazing. The place has a great view. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is pretty good value for the space. The doors are a little low so if you are 6 foot you may hit your head a couple times (I did). I would consider this place again, but if I had toddlers that walked, I think it would be difficult because of the hill.

The accommodation was tidy and good for a day's sleep. There are convenience stores nearby, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away, so it's good!

Lovely airbnb and amazing host that was very helpful at all times

I had a last-minute layover near the airport and booked this place just in time—they accepted me right away. I had to head back to the airport early the next morning, and they made sure I got there with no problem. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby too, so it was super convenient!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place was super clean, cozy:) Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—maybe even better! The bed was comfy, the space was well organized! But what really stood out was the host. She was incredibly kind and patient—even when I asked a bunch of random (and kind of silly😅) questions, she always replied quickly and with such a friendly attitude. And one more thing, the location was also great—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I’d love to come back again someday!!

The place and the neighbourhood were lovely and we felt very welcomed. It was absolutely worth it to travel here even though it wasn’t that near to Seoul center. There were a lot of restaurants, cafés and parks near, for example if you want to hike up to bukhansan it’s very close! Suji was very kind, flexible and helped us with everything.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good. It is also very close to Hongdae shopping district at the subway station, and there is a convenience store coffee shop at the door. Clean interior and ready to switch plugs ~ Have a great stay next time you come to Korea.❤️

I came here for a family trip like never before. It was an unusually snowy day, but when I told the host about my concerns about snow, he kindly told me that the snow would be cleared. Fortunately, the snow stopped on the day of check-in, and it was well cleared up to the entrance, and it was easy to access by car. There were several highways to access from Seoul, so transportation was convenient. Overall, it felt like I was at a rural grandmother's house, and the facilities such as the bathroom were well-maintained, so there was no inconvenience. Thanks to the snow, the snowy view from the living room through the window was so cool, and I had a rare experience with the whole family lying in the snow and drawing angels. From the way the whole family sat around the fireplace and played board games, I felt like I enjoyed the peace like never before away from the city's scenery. Everyone was satisfied and had a good rest.
