Waterfront holiday rentals in Sindhudurg

We went as a group of friends. The stay was exactly as in the pictures. The pool was clean , all amenities were present. Parking is available, hence we rented a cab. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Caretaker cleans the place daily includes utensils which is charged per item. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in nerul.

It was nice to stay at Santana's place. He was a friendly host and was able to guide us to reach the property. The apartment is located on main road and easily approachable. Also, the public convenience is just nearby and sea beach was quite approaching. We had a good time staying at this apartment. Thanks

Patricia and her husband are very kind people. We just felt like at home from beginning. Appartment was clean. We expected that we will be in 5 min walk on the beach but it takes longer. We had nice terrace where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. We got every morning tasty breakfast from the husband of Patricia. There was also a cleaning service every day. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The accommodation is in the quiet area but near to the shops, markets. We enjoyed our stay.

The place fully fits the description. Monika is an excellent host and she was very prompt in her communication. We had a last minute plan and arrived quite late in the night. Despite the same, she was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us. Absolutely loved the place and will surely visit again

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained property! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, stylish, and spotless. Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

Highly recommend this place for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and easy access to Goa’s beaches and cafés. Would love to visit again!

It was a great stay. felt right at home here. beautiful surroundings with greenery everywhere overall a great experience. really helpful and responsive host too. we were contemplating due to some bad reviews but we faced absolutely ZERO issues during our stay here. would absolutely recommend this place for someone who would want a peaceful and serene stay.

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Had an awesome stay host was super chill and helpful, Location couldn’t be better, everything was close by. The security guard was a total legend—always there to help with my scooty and cabs.

Nice host. Cozy arrangement. However, there were dogs barking crazily for non-stop 20mins at night which woke everyone up. There’s no hair dryers so better bring your own. After checking out, I found out I left my charger at the Airbnb and the host assisted me to get it back smoothly. Thank you!

A perfect little escape! This apartment was exactly what we needed for a cozy yet luxurious stay. The interiors were modern and well-designed, the bed was super comfortable, and the balcony view was a lovely bonus. Everything was great! This was my second visit to Captain Manik's place, and my experience remains just as wonderful as the first time. It’s a fantastic place to stay, offering stunning river and mountain views from the balcony. The interior of the flat is exactly as shown by the host on Airbnb - beautifully designed and well-maintained. The flat is fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen utensils, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area, and, most importantly, excellent broadband speed and a Smart TV with OTT access. A car or bike is necessary for commuting. Overall, a great place to stay!
