It was a reasonably priced place to stay in the location I wanted. My schedule was disrupted and I needed to change the reservation date, but it was nice that you responded quickly. The bedding felt a little thin for winter use, and it was a pity that hair was found everywhere. In addition, the building itself is worn out, so you should consider the interior decor and facilities. Still, if it's located at this price, I have enough intention to use it again the next time I have a nearby schedule!

It was so nice! Parking was convenient, and it was a new officetel facility, so the security and facilities were clean and nice! I think you can manage it well. It was nice that the bedding and bathroom were clean. Above all, they communicated so quickly and accurately, so I had a comfortable stay! If I have to go near Suwon, I definitely want to go again!

It is close to Changryong Gate, so it is convenient to take a walk in Hwaseong and visit Haengnidan-gil. The library is next door and McDonald's and Starbucks are also close by. The accommodation is quiet and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The host is very kind and guided by the restaurants and carpennists are also good.If I come back to Suwon, this is the place I'm going to come again.

The description was also sent in detail in advance, so I used it without any difficulties. The night view of Sapgyoho Amusement Park from near the accommodation is cool. I was worried that the driveway to enter the accommodation was a little narrow, but I was lucky that the car didn't come out from the opposite side because it was a weekday trip. Parking is very spacious and easy.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the walking gate. The apartment itself is really nice, well-maintained, and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was great. Felt like my own home. Very quiet, away from the noise but close enough to walk to the base or to the main ville where everything is. Highly recommend if you’re staying near Humphreys.

It was my second visit, and it exceeded my expectations. If you can only book when you are in Hwaseong or Dongtan, this is the first place you will always find.

Great location with lots of restaurants, shops, health centers, and activities nearby. Place was clean and very modern. Great view of the city from balcony.
