Tonstadbadet is 5 minutes away. Lots of great hiking opportunities in the area. This is the place for you who want peace, quiet and plenty of space around you. The apartment is rural with a nice view of the lake, in an area with a lot of nature and little noise. The lake below is known for good fishing opportunities. Boat can be rented from 1 May - 31 October from NOK 300 per day or NOK 1,000 for a week. The hosts live nearby and are happy to help with tips for good fishing spots, trips and other local experiences. Possibility for 3rd person on sofa in living room. Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
