Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.
