Outdoor fenced pool area, with sun from morning to evening and heated water. Walking distance to beach, café, hiking areas, forest, playgrounds, football pitch, grocery store and pharmacy.

In this house you can really enjoy yourself in absolutely every room. It has 2 living rooms, one bathroom, one separate toilet, 4 bedrooms with space for 8 adults + one child/baby. The garden is large and has many opportunities for relaxation. It is a short walk (about 700 m) to Skien city center and to a grocery store that is open 24/7. Beach, and kayak jetty summer and winter (2 floating saunas).

Perfect, for example, for adult couples on a trip or a quiet family. Running water and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Large outdoor area, hilly natural plot, small lawn, small pool and large terrace. A secluded location with a five-minute walk to two lovely beaches. A 7-minute drive from the E18. A road about 50 metres from the door.

Kort avstand til nærliggende utflukter og severdigheter. Skien by Skien fritidspark Porsgrunn by Foldvik familiepark Sommerland i Bø Fjærkilen badestrand Turområder i umiddelbar nærhet Oslo ca 2t. Leier ikke ut til fest eller arrangementer. Ønsker rolige gjester, gjerne barnefamilier.

There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.
