With the forest as the nearest neighbor, you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door, without traffic, noise or nuisance. There is free parking in the courtyard and a short distance to the nearest grocery store and pharmacy. Fully equipped with a complete kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, WiFi, large 85'' Ultra HD smart TV and cot/high chair available.

Apartment on the 1st floor, with plenty of space both outside and inside! The apartment is 80 sqm, has most of what you need and is nice and spacious. Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

We rent the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has a kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms where there is room for six people in total. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the other, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har lekerom og passer veldig bra til familier med barn. Huset har og babykrybbe, barnestol og stellematte. Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes.

On weekdays, there is a bus every 10 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes otherwise. Both to Skien and Porsgrunn. The apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and maintains a good standard. Wireless internet and fiber network. It is desirable that guests traveling with children contact us in advance of booking.
