Amy’s Barn - a quiet, coastal self-contained flat.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

No 17 is a modern, newly refurbished house situated in the popular Tregoyne. A five minute walk to Porthtowan beach, village and the well known Unicorn and Blue Bar. Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
