As a guest, you will live separately from the family's/landlord's residence with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and an orangery with a patio. To the city center it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk and the nearest grocery store is only five minutes away. Grill or borrow bikes? Just let me know! Self check-in with keys in the lockbox on the wall outside, the code is given after confirmed booking. Note Cleaning is done by you as a guest. Feel free to take an extra check when you arrive and let me know if anything is not ok.

Stålboms bakery is a 1-minute walk away. Serves simpler dishes and a nice large breakfast buffet every day of the week. Falkenberg's largest and finest beach, Skrea Strand, is 8 minutes away by car, about 15 minutes by bike. The Ätran River and Vallarna with nice green spaces and walking paths 10 min walk away.

Double bed on the lower floor (140 cm wide), double bed on the sleeping loft (2x90 cm wide, separable).

Forest paradise right by Älvasjön.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyard is this idyllic cottage. With just under 800 meters away you reach Ästad vineyard which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cabin you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage, there is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is equally possible to hike around the amazing lake next to the cabin.
