The cottage has two levels - the upper one with three comfortable beds and the lower one with small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic range and bathroom. Tea and coffee in the cabin. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025!
