Our new renovated 85 square meter cottage is charming and welcoming, surrounded with beautiful Icelandic nature. The cottage is located at the top of the slope with a mountain, lake and woodland view. Direct access for nice hiking or romantic walk to the salmon river and the lake. It is close to many attractive destinations worth to visit. All beds are brand new and comfortable and heat in all floors. We wish our guests to feel like home and enjoy what the cottage and neigbourhood has to offer.

Only 80 km from Reykjavík, 10 km from Borgarnes and a perfect location for day trips to the west or south, like Gullfoss, Geysir, Snæfellsjökull, Hraunfossar or Glymur. Beautiful hiking possibilities in the neighborhood. In Borgarnes you can find gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants and a swimming pool.

You are invited to stay at Birkiholt cottage, a small family owned cosy cabin, only 45 min drive from RVK. One bedroom and a loft where two persons can sleep ( steep stairs up) safely and relatively private. Mattresses on the loft floor. Small living room with sleeping sofa (for two) ,sofa table, small kitchenette with dishwasher and a cosy bath with shower, foldable kitchen table for 4, TV, wifi . A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Our 78 square meter 1 bedroom cottage is located 50 minutes drive from Reykjavik. The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. The living area and the balcony have a spectacular view overlooking the fjord and surrounding mountains. The cottage is a great base for day tours in the south or west of Iceland. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter. Additionally, a total of 4 dogs live, work and play on the farm. This is a working farm so don't be alarmed by tractors and all sorts of farm noise and smells.
