Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Skåneleden (SL4) går strax nedanför huset. 5 km söderut ligger Simrishamn med restauranger, caféer samt affärer. Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Bästekille är en liten by högt belägen mellan Södra Mellby och Vitaby. Det är 3 km till Kivik och ca 18 km till Simrishamn. Här finns äppellundar och betande kor. I byn finns en gårdsbutik med ägg, potatis och grönsaker efter säsong. Allt är kravmärkt från bonden i byn. Konstgalleri Fabriken ligger i byn. I södra Mellby finns ett bageri där ni kan köpa goda bakverk och bröd. Närmsta bad är Kivik eller Vitemölla där det finns vackra sandstränder. Stugan ligger vid en väg.
