Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Renovated (2020) cozy guest apartment of approximately 35 sqm in an old former pig house in the middle of Österlen with unobstructed views of the wide fields. Hammenhög is the nearest village. (2.5 km away) The apartment is adapted for two people. Open-plan with social area, kitchen with dining area with space up to the sleeping loft where the loft staircase leads up to the double bed. Toilet with shower and heated floor. West-facing patio outside the entrance. In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and cooking equipment.

Generous with beds and extra beds with screens are easily arranged, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a wardrobe space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides WIFI at the highest level and the 4G mast is also close. For the children, there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

OBS: Hund har vistats i hus! Grannar finns. Viss trafik från stor väg i närheten kan höras emellanåt. Buss 4 går förbi.
