Halmstad's smallest little cottage, 150m from the Sea!

The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

Modern seaside cottage on Skrea Strand in Falkenberg

We rent out our cozy swimming cabin on Skrea beach. The cottage is beautifully situated behind hedges. 100 m to the beach. 30 m to service building with toilets, showers, washing room. Note the cost of the counter/shower is 4 SEK/min. There is no water or toilet in the cabin. There are water tanks with a tap that you fill with water Table, chairs, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, TV. Cleaning is provided by the guest. Bed in the form of a sofa bed 1.40 cm and a thick tempur mattress.

Södra Näs - Varberg's gold position

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.
