We rent out our cozy swimming cabin on Skrea beach. The cottage is shielded from view behind hedges. 100 m to the beach. 30 m to service building with toilets, showers, washing room. Please note that the cost of a dish/shower is SEK 2/min. There is no water or toilet in the cabin. There are water tanks with a tap that you fill with water Table, chairs, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, TV. Cleaning is provided by the guest. Bed in the form of a sofa bed 1.40 cm and a thick tempur mattress.

Guest house near the sea on the west coast

Come and relax by the sea in Stråvalla beach, the guest cottage is located by Kattegattleden (cycling path). You have about a 5-10 minute walk to the sandy beach. Here you have proximity to Gothenburg (about 50 km), Kungsbacka (about 25 km), Varberg (20 km), Ullared-Gekås (about 57 km) 4 beds, a double bed, 1 sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi. At the cottage there is a patio/terrace/barbecue so you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and sea views. Plot where you can play, etc. Note: sheets and towels are not included.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen and fresh bathroom. 40 minutes Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Stay in the countryside with lake view

Come to this unique and quiet home. Stay in this newly built attic of 40 sqm plus sleeping loft. A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake You shower outdoors with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. The nearest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 700. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, SEK 150 per set.

Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Cozy guest house 200 meters to the beach

Welcome to our nice guest house of 32 sqm in the old fishing village of Träslövsläge! The house is located in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The guest house was renovated in 2022 and is only 200 meters to the village's cozy beach. There are 6 sleeping places. Sleeping loft: 1 double bed (180 cm) and 2 single beds of 90 cm. Sofa bed on the ground floor, 140 cm. The house is built in the corner of our house with its own entrance and private patio with barbecue grill. Parking is available for one car.

Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

A fresh, little cottage for 2 people (or for the small family with max 2 children) with a lovely view of the sea, about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a large, lovely sandy beach. Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.

The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
