Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

60 m² cottage with private beach, older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. You will find Sweden's west coast pearls, Smögen, Hunnebostrand with just a car ride of about 40 minutes. The shopping center Torp, you can get to by car in 10 minutes. Here, you have the opportunity to fish in Gullmarn. Here you live close to nature with several beautiful environments to enjoy, for example, the nature reserve Bokskogen. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
