At the end of the southern tip of Karmøy is the charming town of Skudeneshavn. History dates back to the early 1800s when herring fishing created hectic business in the city. Sandsgata 36 is located a little rural and quiet to a 10 minute walk to the center of Skudeneshavn. Is well located for families as there is a good patio for various activities. It is a short distance to the city center with shops and cafes,to the city beach, hiking areas and fishing opportunities Here, both small and large can relax in peaceful surroundings.

Micro cabin on the dock

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.

If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
