Beautiful and walkable
Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
Rosslyn Cottage is a cosy Cornish cottage in a tucked away position just a few minutes walk from the heart of the village. It is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. Up to two well behaved dogs are also welcome at an extra cost of £20.00.
The space
The cottage is cosy and bright with an open plan feel. There is a spacious living room with seating for four guests, an electric fire and TV along with books and games for you to enjoy during your stay.
The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect including oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a dining area for four.
The bathroom leads off the kitchen and here you will find a glorious large shower, perfect for washing the sand off after a day at the beach!
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and a twin. There is a small walk in wardrobe in the double room, along with a smart tv. The twin room has a window seat where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. The twin beds can be made into a double on request.
Guest access
Guests have use of the entire property and patio area. Please note that the driveway is owned by our neighbour and therefore parking here is not permitted.
Other things to note
The bathroom is located on the ground floor.
Apologies but the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of two, this is due to there being no stair gates or room in the bedrooms to accommodate a cot.
