De studio is in samenwerking met interieurarchitect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters) ontworpen en gebouwd door de eigenaren zelf. Alles is binnen handbereik. Loop, fiets of neem het openbaar vervoer de stad in of uit. We ontvangen graag gasten die het beste van Amsterdam willen ontdekken, zoals musea, restaurants, architectuur, parken, terrassen, etc.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. U heeft een eigen entree en beschikking over twee verdiepingen. Het appartement bestaat uit 3 aparte slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 1 badkamer. Amsterdam ligt op 5 km van het appartement. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Schiphol, op 4 km van Akerdijk.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

Beautiful house on an island near Amsterdam

This beautiful house is located on a small island in Aalsmeer and can only be reached by water. Naturally, we provide you with a boat equipped with an electric outboard motor. If needed, we’ll teach you how to operate the boat and tie knots. Upon arrival, we’ll pick you up with our boat. Your adventure-filled stay begins here! There is also plenty of space to dock your own boat if you wish.
