Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... “Sand” is located on the ground floor, with an indipendent entrance, but the garten is not fenced and animals are admitted on owner's responsability. Private parking, wi-fi, TV, full equipped kitchen, a patio and an eating zone in the garden. Near Muggia and near Parenzana cycling route, in a panoramic and quiet area, from where you can reach slovenian and croatian Istria very easily. Animals are welcome, but they cannot be left alone in the apartment.
