Nice place in peaceful location. Ğirts is very responsive and friendly host. Guests are welcomed with local peppermint tee and gingerbread (ļoti gardas Raunas piparkūkas) - we felt really welcomed! Recommend to stay.

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need- and more! From charcoal and all the grill tools, logs for the hot tube and sauna, to a great coffee machine and thoughtful touches throughout. The terrace was super cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, with plenty of different types of swings and places to unwind. At night, the starry sky was magical. It’s ideal for 3-5 people with plenty of space and clearly lots of love and care from the owners, both inside and out. The host even left us some sweet, delicious surprises that made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, making the most of the house and garden.Time flew by, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come back again someday. Thank you for everything! Beautiful house in a stunning location - very peaceful and private. The house is nicely renovated and has very well equipped kitchen. Would absolutely recommend for a longer stay in the summer.

Simonas place is cosy and with lot of attention to detail with wood features aspecially and we enjoyed the hot tub aswell. Would definatelly recomend.

A fantastic place with a very responsive and welcoming hostess! Perfect for those who love privacy and peace. And who know how to roam the rowing boat :) The house had everything we needed on the water - a fully equipped kitchen (there was coffee, tea, all the spices, oil etc on site), comfortable beds with great linens, an extensive record player with a great wide collection, even activities for the kids (games, coloring books and pencils, rattlesnakes). It should be noted that the water from the tap is a lake, but drinking water is also available in the kitchen! Patio enclosure safe for children, on the deck everything you need for full relaxation - hot tub, grill, fire pit, tables with chairs, 4 paddle boards. And all in very good condition. Cope excellent too! Our family (especially the kids) are thrilled - we will definitely be back :)

Really enjoyed staying in the Message Cottage. Reinis as hosts were very responsive and quick to respond. Everything about it was tidy and clean, the view is superb. The cottage has everything in mind, everything you need is available on site. We can only say the best of staying here! 🤍
