You have everything you need: Two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Very suitable for 4, fully possible with 6 guests. The cabin has a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with Moccamaster coffee maker, microwave, living room, smart TV and internet. Barbecue, charcoal, outdoor furniture, fire pan and a firewood bag are included. Rowboat and life jackets can be borrowed.

The house is located 5 meters from the sea. You will find everything you need on a daily basis, including everything you expect to find in the kitchen and bathroom. We rent out our childhood home when we are not using it ourselves. The house is at the end of the road and has no passing traffic. Here you can relax and enjoy island life, whether you want to relax, fish, go for walks or have fun with friends. There is a short way down to the lake and good sun conditions. When the sun is not out, it is cozy on the covered veranda. There is a good space for playing both on the property and around. Supplement for normal cleaning NOK 1,400. Welcome to Greff - a fantastic place. Here you live close to the elements and every day offers another beautiful view from almost all the windows in the house. We rent out our old family house, which has received some upgrades. Still, it's old, but with a lot of soul and charm. There are four bedrooms with beds for 9, a bathroom, kitchen with most things - and a coffee machine for every experience, living room and a small living room upstairs. Everything is arranged for a wonderful stay.

Welcome to Casa Melkhaugen, the place where sea and sky merge, a view you can only dream of. Watch the sun go down in the ocean on fine weather days, or watch the waves crash in after the storm. Short walk to art exhibitions, outdoor venues, kindergarten where the little ones can play after closing time, convenience store, cafes, restaurants focusing on food from local produce from all over Smøla, feskarkjærringa, fantastic fishing weather. Wake up to the sound of waves and watch the sun rise on the horizon. Free parking right next to the home. Free charging of electric car. 24-hour grocery store 900 meters away.

2-room apartments with electric boat included!

Included/free: new 14 ft aluminum boats with electric outboard motor! The boats weigh only 59 kilos and are easily pulled up on the shore anywhere. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, etc. Wi-Fi in the building. Duvets and pillows, bedding and towels are included. Electric car can be slow-charged here for free!
