Holiday rentals with lake access in Smoljan

amazing gem by the lake the villa is fully equipped, the view is breathtaking and the location is so quite. really the perfect spot for a weekend away definitely recommend

The stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. The kitchen space was neatly isolated from the rest of the living room, nice balcony, and comfortable bedroom with enough closet space. The heating can be regulated, which is a great plus for winter holidays. Would definitely recommend and return

Our stay was amazingly peaceful and we enjoyed the nature and our time together with my boyfriend and my dog. The private jacuzzi and the BBQ were a great plus of this place. There was a lot of places where you can hike, visit the lake or make some other outdoor activity. The only thing that I can point to keep in mind when you stay there is the quality of the water- it is not drinkable and a little muddy and the bed wasn’t comfy, but those things are super trivial compared to everything else 👌🏼

Apartment was super. It had most of the necessary appliances and was clean. It's relatively close to almost everything. There was time until we found the entrance and everything, but thanks to the instructions from Ivo, we were able to get around pretty quickly. I recommend a lot and would love to come next year too!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing, with a beautiful view and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The house was always warm and cozy thanks to the excellent heating, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the evenings with the PS4. The only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped — there was only a small pot and one pan, which made it challenging for us as a couple to cook proper meals. Also, there was a Nespresso machine, but no capsules provided. Overall, it’s a fantastic place — peaceful, private, and perfect for a getaway. We’d definitely come back!

Apartment in a great location to shine around Dospat. Attention the kitchen / dining room is very small, so complicated to eat more than 2-3 people (only one electric hob)

Very peaceful and surrounded by the Smolyan Lakes. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There was also available parking area. Tsanko showed extreme hospitality and provided us with information for the region, sights and places to eat.
