Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Perfect for those who love to each other, as there are nice hiking routes in the area. Also to explore Mellerud/Håverud and the surrounding area. In Håverud there is, for example, an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, about 5 km, local shopping/mall in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few km away. In Mellerud there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

Here you live in spacious (75 m2) apartment in converted barn with all amenities, fireplace and patio with lake view. Just 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and jetties. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a master bedroom with a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well.
