Waterfront holiday rentals in Snæfellsbær

This beautiful place deserves to stop there for a while! quiet / beautiful A very responsive and caring host! perfect!

It was so warm and I was able to enjoy the beautiful nature. It was sunny with a typhoon and a blizzard, but this place had a kitchen with a wide window to look at the view, and I was able to cook and enjoy the view.

I really liked the whole concept of staying there for a lower price and helping out with the room for other guests. The house was big and very clean and the other guests were very friendly and polite. If I have a chance to stay at their other place in Switzerland, I would love to do so.

This was my second time staying, and I will continue to return whenever I go to Iceland. This place is great . . . super clean, awesome bathroom (including washer and dryer, which really come in handy for refreshing our clothing supply on trips), comfortable beds, and a nice, small kitchen area. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the Snæfellsnes Península, and Ólafsvík is a great stop in and of itself, with a beautiful waterfall overlooking the town, which you can hike to the top of . . . a highlight of our trip. Small, grocery store nearby, as well as a restaurant and small diner at the gas station down the street. Thanks to Kristin for providing this little gem of a place to stay!

Spacious and comfortable space. We were 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and therefore comfortable. For 6 or 8 people, there are, in my opinion, not enough kitchen accessories (and the dining table is quite small). On the other hand, nice views of the sea on one side and the glacier on the other. Self check in and check out simple. Responsive host.

LOVE this house! We luckily encountered aurora burst and the house gave us the best view to every direction, sooo nice and lovely especially in a cold windy night that you don't feel like stepping out. We didn't meet the landlord in person but the?communication was very efficiecnt. would recommend this house with stunning view to everyone who comes to the pennisular of Snaefjall!

Very lovely place with amazing view from the kitchen! Hosts very friendly, helpful and communicative! we really enjoyed staying there, everything was clean and ready for us! highly recommend!

Great place in the corner of peninsula, better to driver there since wonderful views around the location( in the national park). Price is very affordable and quiet, host has hundreds of notes everywhere in the room that you cannot make any mistakes by following the instructions. She is soooo nice and friendly, first choice of Airbnb in Snaefellsjokull.
