Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Go on a day trip to Furuviksparken or maybe play golf in Örbyhus. On a hot day, you can also take the car 10 minutes to Örbyhus outdoor pool. Enjoy the beautiful nature with berries and mushrooms.

Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, a river flows next to the cottage. 4 km to the nearest shop and 10 km to the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cottage.

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to a store with generous opening hours. Take an evening swim in the lake. Just a 3-minute walk. Proximity to golf 32 holes and pay and play 9 holes. The host family lives on the floor above. Bus to city center 10 minutes.
