Ett äldre hus som är varsamt renoverat. På nedre våningen finns en hall, ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng (160), ett litet badrum med dusch, handfat, toalett och ett litet kök med två kokplattor, diskbänk, kyl med frysfack samt matplats. På övervåningen är det öppen planlösning med 4 enkelsängar, en soffa och soffbord. Lakan och handdukar kan fås mot en avgift på 120kr/person. Städning kan köpas till mot en kostnad på 700kr och annars så står gästerna som vanligt för städningen själv innan avresa.

100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.

Renoverat charmigt gårdshus på Öland. Huset ligger på östra sidan av Öland i byn Åkerby. Denna by ligger utmed östra vägen men ändå avskilt tack vare trädgården. Närhet till havet, Strandtorp eller Bjärby-badet inte mer än några kilometer bort samt endast 15km till brofästet och knappt tre mil till Kalmar gör det lämpligt för många olika dagsutflykter.
