In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. Own patio and parking at the house. 300 m to public transport. Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Sleeping area in living room three 90 cm beds.

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.
