Welcome to our cozy newly renovated guest house located 15 minutes' drive north of Karlstad city center. Here you live comfortably in the middle of the Swedish idyll with the lake as a neighbor. The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
