Bästekille is a small village situated high up between Södra Mellby and Vitaby. It's 3 km to Kivik and about 18 km to Simrishamn. Here, you will find apple orchards and grazing cows. In the village, there is a farm shop selling eggs, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Everything is certified by the farmer in the village. The Fabriken art gallery is located in the village. In southern Mellby, there is a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries and bread. The nearest bathing areas are Kivik or Vitemölla, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. The cottage is located by the road that runs through the village.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. A secluded cottage on a large plot on a beautiful 19th-century farm. Small, but with everything you need. Also Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and pleasant. Close to Kivik, the sea and the national park. I also live on the farm. My family comes in the summer, so then there's a bit of life. But nothing that can usually be heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. Excellent location close to Rörum and Mandelmanns, and nice restaurants such as Allé and Blåsingsborg. Bus 3 stops 300 meters away. Large room with open floor plan towards the kitchen, pull-out comfortable sofa bed of 140 cm. Separate bedroom with two 90.9-meter beds that can be put together. Bathroom, shower and washing machine. Sheets are offered for SEK 70 per person/stay.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. In scenic Kivik, you will find this unique accommodation. There, the city studio architect firm has created a unique village in Kivik. This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences.

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset and which was built in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed.
