Just south of Kivik, in the charming village of Södra Mellby, there is this spacious 30s villa with large garden and many social spaces both inside and outside. In the garden, there are swings, soccer goals, and trampoline for playing. By bike, you can reach both Kivik and Stenshuvud National Park. Österlen's finest beach, Knäbäckshusen, is a few kilometers away. Up the hill you can buy freshly baked at Mellbybagaren, and 50 meters from the house there's bus stop that takes you either south towards Simrishamn or north towards Kivik.

We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the open days of the local sourdough bakery.

The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch alleys, lilac and hydrangea bushes as well as apple trees and many other small and beautiful things. Next to the buildings there is meadowland and to the east you will find a smaller private pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.
