Approximately 500 meters to an unmanned shop open 5 a.m. - 11 p.m. Approximately 10 km to Grönhögen, where there is an ICA, golf course, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and more.

The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Welcome to your newly renovated vacation home on scenic Öland! In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. Villa Sälvik is located right by the sea, nature reserve, golf course and Alvaret and is the perfect base for bird watching. The apartments have been renovated in the spring of 2025 and this is the first summer they are rented out. All in a high modern standard with preserved charm.
