You walk right into the woods and with the 2 included Sparta e-bikes you cycle to beautiful places such as the Henschotermeer and the Soesterduinen. Staying at home is also a party: the sauna, bathroom with double shower heads, barbecue, playing records on the record player and large garden with two terraces, one of which is covered and heated. The house is energy neutral with 18 solar panels.

From the garden house, you have access to a terrace with sun loungers. A 5-minute walk from the city center with many shops, 10 minutes from the beautiful forests and Soestdijk Palace. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

Quiet, cozy, sunny villa from 1911 with (unheated) swimming pool in wooded surroundings. From the spacious terraces, you can look out over a wooded English landscape garden. The house features a spacious open-plan room on the ground floor. This space consists of a dining area with a 3-meter dining table, a spacious sitting area and a separate TV corner with sofa. Furthermore, there is a kitchen, utility room, hall, playroom and toilet. The first floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The studio of Excellent 21 is about 23 m2 and consists of a sleeping area with 2 large single beds of 90x210 and a sitting area with a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso machine, combi microwave and a refrigerator. Coffee, tea and fruit are included. The en-suite bathroom has a rain shower, sink and toilet. Also there is a luxury HD TV and free WiFi. Outside is a sunny terrace. You have your own entrance, and the studio is a basement under a villa.
