Apartment holiday rentals in Sofia City Province

What a wonderful host! Made sure we were comfortable, showed us round the place, made recommendations and very easily contactable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay more!

We had a fantastic stay at Plamenka's apartment and I can honestly say that she's one of the best hosts I have ever experienced! Plamenka was always responsive, friendly and forthcoming and there for us when we had questions. The flat is squeaky clean, very charming and cosy, with really everything that one needs for a lovely stay in Sofia at hand. Despite it's very central location, it's really calm and quiet and just very inviting, comfortable and cosy. The metro station is about 5-6 minutes of walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants around the corner from and it just feels like you're in the centre of the city, but still able to enjoy the calmness of the flat. We're looking forward to hopefully staying at the flat again soon and can honestly only recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting Sofia. :) Thank you for everything, Plamenka! :)

Nadia’s place is fantastic. Lots of lights and power outlets. Comfortable floor plan. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from public transit, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, well secured location. I highly recommend Nadia’s place for your next trip to Sofia.

Great place to feel at home in the heart of Sofia. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and bedroom. The decoration is also very warm and welcoming. We felt great.

the apartment is brand new, in a newly renovated building, you are on the 12th floor with an elevator and you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city! Large interior spaces equipped with all the comforts, spacious rooms and large bathrooms equipped with everything. Definitely recommend to other guests! Thanks to the host!

Extremely comfortable and clean place! Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. The hosts are very responsive and courteous.

We can only recommend!!! The apartment is really super nice and cool. We are close to buses and trams, a little far from the metro, but frankly, it does, moreover, taxis are cheap so.... And the apartment is definitely worth it, we had a great time on the terrace. No bowl, the apartment below was under construction, so wake up at 9-10am, but frankly, no worries. For the rest, nothing to say, Super nice and responsive host. We advise and keep the address under the elbow.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We spent a few days there and were able to feel at home. The apartment was equipped with everything you need in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We'd love to visit again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is a real asset! Nickolas is a lovely host, very helpful and accommodating, and always available! I would recommend this place without a second thought!

Gergena and Ivo are great hosts. They gave us lots of insides and many advices. In an apartment you'll have everything you'll need, location is perfect. Bus stop few meters from apartment, close to metro.

very good neighborhood, near flat there is big supermarket, some restaurants, there is possibility free parking in front of building. price and possibilities ratio is high.

It’s very comfy and sweet apartment with lots of nice details in the interior. Location is really good, quiet but in the same time in the center of the city and the tinkling of the trams adds to the charm. Kristina is a very nice and responsive host, she provided us like the best guest experience.

Actually, we didn't expect such a great apartment. It's clean, spacious, fully equipped with modern appliances and furniture. New upper end building in the best part of Sofia. Plenty of cute small restaurants and shops around. 15-20 minutes walk to the center of the city. Tram station to different destinations is 5min away, metro is 10 minutes walk away. We have rented other apartments in the same area and this one is th best.

Proactive and helpful host. The place is conveniently located in a nice neighbouhood just a few minutes walk from the main cathedral landmark, restaurants, cafes and other amenities.

The apartment was clean and cosy, host was very responsive and even thought to drop off some supplies halfway through our 10 night stay! The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, and the apt is very close to metro station. Overall we had a lovely time and would highly recommend you stay here!

I stayed at Irena's place for a month and honestly, it surpassed my expectations. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The place is very cozy, beautifully done, and truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and comfort in every corner made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location is absolutely amazing - everything you could possibly need is right nearby. Mega stores, cafes, great places to eat, and incredibly convenient public transport are all within easy reach. Also the biggest bus hub in Sofia is 4 minutes away on foot. The hosts were wonderful - super welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I am very thankful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sofia.
