The cabin was built in 2005. It is located entirely for itself, just off the county road. Parking right down the road. The cabin is large, has three sleeping rooms, great bathroom, kitchen and living room with great views of the lake. Private rowboat with fantastic fishing opportunities. Fleet by Slide is a fun activity for both big and small in the summer. The cabin is located 20 minutes from the E39 at Moi and 20 minutes from Hauge in Dalane. Known tourist places like Motorsportsenter KKN Raceway, Sogndalstrand and Jøssingfjord are only 20 minutes drive below.

The cabin has a lovely view of the entire Jøssingfjorden. It is a great hiking area around, with Brufjellhålene and Trollpikken nearby. The trip to Kolbolten and Nesvåghålen must also be experienced, where the ice age has created a very special cultural landscape. Sogndalsstrand is 10 minutes away, with small niche shops, restaurants and cafes. Under the mountain shelf at the innermost part of the fjord, there are two small houses, "Helleren", which must be visited. There are both swimming opportunities and fishing. From Skjelbred you drive inshore by boat into Egersund city center or a few minutes out Norda strait towards Eigerøy lighthouse and a bustling fishing life. Would you like to rent our paradise? Our cabin is 3 years old and is beautifully located at the outlet of the Bjerkreimsvassdraget in Egersund. The cabin is west facing, so here you have sun from morning until late evening. The cabin contains most modern amenities. A short boat ride and you are in the middle of Egersund city center. There is 1 parking space at the cabin (but it is possible to park more cars in the immediate vicinity) It is also possible to rent a boat (summer fun, or a with) price on request.

Sogndalsstrand is just nearby with its protected buildings. So is the warm harbor Nesvåg. The property is called Immerstein. Here is Oddsfjellet with the tomb of the famous Viking Orvar Odd. From the top of Oddsfjellet you can see the mythical mountain Hådyr which is mentioned in Olav the Holy's saga.
