Simple, rural and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Short walking distance to Madla Amfi shopping center, as well as grocery stores such as REMA 1000 and COOP. Short walking distance to Madlaveien/by Clarion Hotel Energy where you can take the bus to Stavanger city center. Buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on private property. If you arrive by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes about 15 minutes and drive to the apartment. The bus also passes "the three swords".

The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) of 70 sqm and right next to Madla amfi shopping center. There is a lovely glazed terrace of 19 sqm. There are also nice hiking areas and close to Møllebukta. There is parking in front of the block as well as good bus connection to Stavanger city center which is about 4 km. The apartment was renovated 2 years ago with painting and sanding of parquet in the living room, hallway and one simple bedroom. There is also a double. Rented out when there is an oil fair from 26 to 29 Aug. Ok from Aug. 25.

We rent out a large room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are good beds, a large double bed - 200 cm, and a single bed - 90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to Sola city center and the airport, and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with freezer, microwave, Air Fryer, and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to electric car charger, for an additional fee. Access to washing machine/dryer
