On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms tempered by air conditioning in the lobby, bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace, private pool available only (from June 15 to September 30) , garden and closed parking for 2 cars. Quiet subdivision, proximity to all shops, 10 minutes walk to the sea. 30 minutes by car from Hammamet , Nabeul and Tunis (train 10 minutes walk)
