Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
