This is a former training camp facility on the grounds of Kibune-yama Izushima Shrine, which has a 1250-year history. Feel free to use the large kitchen with a high-powered gas stove, the multi-purpose hall that can be used freely, and the 3 Japanese-style rooms that can be used for different purposes. There is a piano, a ping-pong table, a room runner, a Bluetooth amplifier speaker, and a stage, so the possibilities of how to use the facility are endless. You can have sessions with other instruments and the piano, improvise karaoke by connecting your smartphone to an amplifier, and even use the stage to feel like you're at a concert. Enjoy a BBQ for large groups in the plaza next to the facility. In the park just below, you can set up tents and have a small campfire if you ask in advance, and you can use both the indoor and outdoor areas freely. Also, because it is on the grounds of Otsushima Shrine, it is surrounded by nature and is very quiet at night. There are no houses nearby, so you don't have to worry about noise (depending on the degree). If the weather is good, you can see the beautiful starry sky. The approach to the main hall of the shrine is a bit of a hiking course, so it is a very suitable environment for walking in the forest, refreshing, and retreating.

This is a 2-story house built in a Swedish house, a place to stay for families and groups. Enjoy a comfortable space that is cool in summer and warm in winter with only air conditioning. Free parking for up to 3 cars. There is 1 electric bicycle. There is a set of cooking utensils, a drum washer/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a TV. There is a convenience store within a 7-minute walk, 2 supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, a drugstore and home center within a 10-minute drive, and long-term stays are also possible. Accommodates 9 people. We have 4 wide double beds, and we can also prepare futons (2 single futons) in the Japanese-style room for families with small children. 2 toilets. 10-minute walk to the nearest station. 27 minutes by train from Sendai, 10 minutes by car from Sendai Koukita Interchange or Rifu Shiokama Interchange. Matsushima Coast, Shiokama Shrine, Sekisui Arena, Shobada Beach, surfing spots, etc. are all within 30 minutes by car. There is a Baptist church within a 5-minute walk. Most of the curtains are lined up with Morris, and it is recommended for those who like Morris and want to spend time in a slightly upper-class space.
