Our 20 m2 studio is a small cozy cocoon full of charm on the top floor with elevator of a building 50 meters from the beach and shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, quiet with unobstructed views of the dunes. Our studio includes a 160 x 200 cm retractable bed (height 75 cm), a mezzanine for a child (from 6 years old) or an adult, a small cocoon like a cabin! You will enjoy a living room, bathroom, kitchen, balcony and private parking.
