In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

White Wine House

Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the holiday atmosphere and yet also have all the comforts that are needed. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sunbeds, a hammock and a badminton court.

Tihany Snowflower Guest House

The apartment is located in the heart of Tihany near the Tihany Abbey, restaurants, souvenir shops, the lovely inner lake and a step away from the great Lake Balaton. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Balaton as well as the heritage town of Tihany. Couples, families and groups of friends are welcome to stay in my heritage home. Extra 800 HUF has to be paid as tourist tax by each person for each night above 18 year olds.For 1-2 night stays and for pets have extra charge.

It is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the city noise and enjoy the nature.The place is named after a bird called the hoopoe which lives in the area and is most often seen on the way to the cottage when taking a powder bath. Quiet, quiet, birdsong, lake view. Away from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old wine cellar is located at the foot of the hills of Balatonszepezd. It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom. A single sofa bed awaits you on the ground floor, a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed awaits you. Baby cots and additional accessories are available upon request.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
