The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. The cabin is close to Steyning and Bramber historic market towns that offers a range of restaurants, pubs and local shops. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance, set alongside our home. It’s a modern, compact studio with a kitchen/lounge area, comfortable double bed and a compact but functional shower room with sink and toilet. Ideal for couples or solo guests looking for a relaxed base to explore Worthing and West Sussex, or a comfortable stay for work. The space is very compact and not really suited to infants.
