The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Sue’s south coast cottage

Welcome to Sue’s Cottage, a beautiful 400 year old cottage in Sompting, near Lancing Beach. I have lovingly restored this family home so that it is warm and welcoming for my friends, children, grandchildren and you! My 5 grandkids are to thank for the addition of a hot tub, tree swing, water kitchen and play house area. The cottage is 5 mins from Lancing Beach & near both Brighton and Worthing. There is plenty to do around this wonderful part of the Sussex coast, so come and visit soon.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.
