Self-contained ground floor annex to family home in quiet residential area:- Kitchenette; shower room with basin and wc; sitting area with table and TV; bedroom can be two single beds or one double, with wardrobe and cupboard; electric heaters in each room. Shared use of washing machine, tumble drier and back garden. Parking is at roadside. Easy access to South Downs for walking or off-road cycling. Lancing Beach 1.5 miles. Brighton and Worthing a few miles by bike, car, bus, train.

Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

Tucked away on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our recently converted carthouse offers a cosy and peaceful escape for couples, solo travellers, or anyone exploring the South Downs Way or Downs Link Path. Ideally situated just off the A27, we're perfectly placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel and the stunning South Coast. We are around halfway along the South Downs Way, making this an ideal rest stop for walkers and cyclists alike.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
